Complete this online presentation proposal form if you would like to make a presentation at the Iowa Science Teachers Fall Conference to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2008 at the Polk County Convention Complex in Des Moines.

This proposal is submitted with the understanding that:

• This presentation proposal form is for non-commercial presentations only. If you wish to give a commercial presentation, please contact the Fall Conference Program Coordinator.
• All presenters MUST REGISTER for the conference and will be required to pay a REDUCED REGISTRATION FEE when the Final Program information is confirmed late in the summer. Failure to register for the conference by the presenter registration date will result in your presentation being removed from the final program.
• All presenters will conform to typical safety guidelines.
• The reduced registration fee will be available to no more than TWO presenters listed for a session.
• The first presenter listed will be considered the PRIMARY PRESENTER and communications regarding this proposal will be sent to that person only.
